Training for your team

Help your staff practice
everyday jobs with AI.

Maybe your team tried AI once, got a bad answer and went back to the old way. Maybe one person trusts it a little too much. Your team may need practice with its own tasks. We start with 2 or 3 short, hands-on sessions in the first month, on your team’s real jobs. You also get a shared library of prompts we have tested (a prompt is the instruction you type to the AI) and a simple one-page AI use policy. Monthly practice after that is optional.

  • 2 or 3 hands-on sessions to start
  • On video, with an optional in-person kickoff
  • Prompts and policy are yours to keep

Who it’s for

Offices, shops, clinics, contractors, restaurants and any small team where people already use AI on their own, or where you pay for a tool and nobody uses it. Sessions can be in English, Spanish or Russian, and we test the prompts in the languages your team works in.

Why this matters now

Most teams are new to this.
The mistakes are easy to make.

Two plain facts, from two government sources.

MANY SMALL FIRMS DON’T USE AI YET

Most small firms don’t report using AI

The U.S. Census Bureau reported in May 2026 that overall AI use among U.S. businesses stayed between 17% and 20% from December 2025 to May 2026. It also reported that less than 20% of firms with four or fewer employees used AI.

The honest part.

Training helps people use AI better and more carefully. It can’t promise that nobody makes a mistake, and we can’t promise it will save your team a set amount of time. AI tools also change often, so a prompt that works today may need a fix next month. That is what the optional monthly practice is for. We don’t give legal advice. For rules that apply to your business, ask your attorney.

How it works

Practice on real jobs.
Keep what works.

We start with the jobs your team really does: quotes, emails, review replies, schedules, reminder texts. Then we practice those jobs together, with made-up or cleaned-up examples, not your customers’ private details.

We test our examples in English and Spanish, because the same prompt can give different results in each.

We don’t need passwords or access to your systems. The sessions use sample files and the tools your team already has.

  1. Pick the jobs and the people

You tell us which tasks eat the most time and who should come. We plan the starter sessions from your list.

  2. Practice in 2 or 3 starter sessions

Short, hands-on sessions in the first month, on video. You can start with an in-person kickoff in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach. Each person tries a task from their own work, using sample details, sees what goes wrong, and fixes it with us.

  3. Keep the prompts and the policy

Prompts that work go into your shared library. The one-page policy says what never to paste and who to ask. Both are yours. Monthly practice after that is optional.

What you get

Start with a few sessions.
Keep the prompts and rules.

A starter for your first month. We quote it in writing after the free 3-task session, based on how many people take part and how many sessions you need. Monthly practice is an optional add-on after that.

01 / STARTERFirst month

2 or 3 hands-on sessions

Short sessions built around your own work, not a lecture.

  • Real tasks from your business
  • On video, with an optional in-person kickoff in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach
  • Sample files only, no customer data

You get: practice checking AI answers before they go out.

02 / PROMPTS AND POLICYPart of the starter

A prompt library and a one-page use policy

The prompts that worked, saved where everyone can use them, plus one page of clear rules.

  • Each prompt tested in English and Spanish
  • Policy in English and Spanish: what never to paste, which tools for which jobs, who to ask
  • Both are yours to keep

You get: clear rules instead of a guess. Have your attorney review the policy.

The price depends on how many people take part, how many sessions you need and whether you want an in-person kickoff. You get it in writing before you pay anything. Florida employers: a CareerSource Florida training grant may reimburse part of the cost for eligible employers. See “What does it cost?” below. Organizing a small-business group? Your session notes

See what was practiced.
Know what to do next.

After each session you get a short note you can read on your phone.

What we practiced
The task, who took part, and what went wrong along the way.
What we added
New or fixed prompts in your library, tested in English and Spanish.
What to watch
One or two habits to change, and the topic for the next session.

Free 3-task AI session

Bring up to three tasks.
Try one prompt together.

Ask for a free 3-task AI session. It is a call of up to 30 minutes, by phone or video. Bring up to three everyday tasks, like a quote, a review reply or a reminder text. We tell you which ones suit AI, try a sample prompt together on one of them using made-up details, and point out one thing to stop pasting into AI tools. No cost and no obligation.

We don’t need passwords or access to your computers. Nothing gets installed.

If you want the starter after that, you get what it covers and the price in writing before you pay anything.

We reply within one business day.

Straight answers

Before you call.

Plain answers about what we do and what we don’t.

Will my staff really use it?

We can’t promise that. What helps is practice on their own jobs and a library of prompts that already work. If your team wants more practice after the starter, you can add a monthly session.

What about our customers’ private information?

Sessions use made-up or cleaned-up examples. The policy lists what should never be pasted into an AI tool, like payroll, client lists, health details or contracts. Check your own contracts and insurance for added rules, and ask your attorney or broker if unsure.

Is it in English and Spanish?

Sessions can be in English, Spanish or Russian. We test the prompts in the languages your team works in and can give you the policy in each. We test in each language because the same prompt can give different results.

Do you need access to our computers or accounts?

No. We don’t ask for passwords. Sessions use sample files and the tools your team already has. We can’t see what staff do on their own between sessions.

Can you tell us which AI tools our staff already use, and what they cost?

That is a separate service. See Know what AI your team uses, and what it costs. The two work well together: one finds out what is in use, the other teaches people to use it well.

Is the policy legal advice?

No. It is a plain workplace guide for your staff. We are not lawyers. Have your attorney review it, especially if your business handles health, financial or other regulated information.

What does it cost?

The starter is quoted after the free 3-task session. The price depends on how many people take part, how many sessions you need and whether you want an in-person kickoff. Optional monthly practice is quoted separately, only if you want it. You get every price in writing before you pay anything. A Florida grant may help: CareerSource Florida’s Incumbent Worker Training grant may reimburse part of the training cost for eligible Florida employers. Per CareerSource Florida, that is up to 50% for most employers and up to 75% for companies with 25 or fewer employees. CareerSource Florida decides who qualifies, so check with them before you count on it. CareerSource Florida: Incumbent Worker Training grant (opens in a new tab)
