Privacy

Privacy, in plain words

What we collect on this website, why, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated October 15, 2026.

The short version

We only collect what you type or upload in our forms, the chat or the demos, plus simple page counts with nothing personal in them and short records that help us stop abuse. We use it to answer you. We don’t sell it, we don’t use ad trackers and we don’t use outside analytics companies.

When you send a form

Our contact, free check and custom AI intro call forms ask for your name, email and phone, and may ask for your company, your website, the business email or texting number to check and a message. We use them to answer you and to run the check you asked for.

Your request is saved on our web server, in files that can’t be opened from the web, and emailed to us through our web host’s mail server. We may send you one email to confirm we got it. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

Please don’t send passwords in a form or by email. We never need them for a free check.

The chat and the demos

The chat on our website is an AI assistant. What you type, with the rest of that conversation, is sent to OpenAI to write the reply. We don’t save the conversation on our server.

Most AI demos work the same way: the text or image you give a demo is sent to OpenAI to get the answer, and we don’t save it. The multi-agent demo is scripted and sends nothing. Please use sample text, not personal or client information. To limit abuse, we count how often each demo is used, with a scrambled version of your internet address instead of the address itself.

OpenAI handles what it receives under its own terms. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy.

Page counts and cookies

We count page views and a few clicks, like opening the chat or starting a form, so we know what people use. We keep only the counts per page and day, nothing about you, for about 90 days. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don’t count your visit at all. The demo usage records above are kept either way, because they protect the demos from abuse.

Pages with a form set one cookie that helps block spam and double sends. It ends when you close your browser. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

To stop too many requests from one place, we keep a scrambled version of your internet address with the times of your recent requests, not the address itself.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make this website work: our web host, which stores the website and sends its emails, and OpenAI for the chat and the demos. The knowledge graph demo also loads a drawing tool from Cloudflare’s cdnjs, which, like any website you open, sees your internet address. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We would share it only if the law requires us to.

When you hire us for work, what we see in your systems is covered by our agreement with you, and we’re happy to sign a confidentiality agreement first.
