Your ads say zero leads, but the phone still rings.
Google and Facebook count the leads from your website through tracking code on your pages. When that breaks, often after a website change, the ad account shows zero or the wrong number of leads. You can’t tell which ads bring customers, and the ads are tuned on wrong numbers. We find what broke, fix it and check it keeps working.
We load your pages from the outside and see what your ad tracking does.

Who it’s for
Any business that pays for Google or Facebook and Instagram ads, or is about to. Especially if your ads show few or no leads while customers still call and write, the numbers changed after a website update, or nobody is sure who set up the tracking.
Why this matters
Wrong numbers steer your ad money.
The ad account decides what’s working from what it counts. If a lead isn’t counted, the ad that brought it looks like it failed.
WHAT GOOGLE SAYS
A broken tag stops the count
Google Ads shows a tracking status for each thing you count. “Misconfigured” means conversions have stopped recording because of a setup error or a broken tag. Google also says the tag belongs on every page: if some pages people land on don’t have it, some clicks leading to them can’t be tracked.
Google says conversion measurement shows which keywords, ads and campaigns bring customer activity, and helps you decide on your ad spend. Its automatic bidding needs conversion tracking turned on. When the counts are wrong, those choices are made on wrong numbers.
Meta says the Pixel’s code goes on every page where you track what visitors do. If the Pixel and Meta’s server connection both send the same lead, Meta says it has to be set up to tell repeats from new leads.
We fix the tracking. We don’t run your ads, write them or set your budget, and we can’t promise more leads or lower costs. Google and Meta decide how they count, and the counts are never perfect. What we can do is set up and test the leads you want counted, once each, and tell you plainly what still can’t be counted.
How it works
Check it. Fix it. Keep it counting.
We start from the outside, with what your website does when a visitor arrives, sends a form or taps your number. Then we fix the tracking and test it with Google’s and Meta’s own tools.
Your ad accounts stay yours. For the free check we don’t need any login.
1
Check your pages from the outside
We load your main pages and your thank-you page and see whether the Google tag and the Meta Pixel (Facebook’s tracking code) load where they should, and whether calls from your website can be counted. You get a plain summary.
2
Fix the tracking and test it
We put the tag on every page, count each real lead once (a form sent, a call from your website, a booking), publish the changes and remove duplicates. Then we test with Google’s Tag Assistant and Meta’s Events Manager. Nothing changes without your OK.
3
Keep it working (optional)
Website changes can break tracking again. We check it each month and after site changes you tell us about, and compare the counts with the leads you really got.
What you can buy
One check. Then numbers you can trust.
Start with the free check. Then we fix Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram tracking, and keep it working if you want.

Free 5-page tag check
Are your ads counting the leads you get?
Ask for a free 5-page tag check. We load up to five pages of your website from the outside, including your thank-you page, and see whether the Google tag and the Meta Pixel load and work where they should. Then we send you a short, plain summary. No cost and no obligation. We don’t need any passwords and we don’t log in to your ad accounts.
If you want our help after that, you get what we’ll do, the timing and the price in writing before you pay anything.
Plain answers about what we fix and what we don’t.
Is this the right service for me?
Pick by what is going wrong. Your ads show few or no leads while customers still reach you: this one. New leads come in but wait too long for a first reply: faster replies to new leads. The phone rings and nobody answers: no more missed calls. Not sure? Pick a free check or tell us what is going on.
Do you run our ads?
No. We fix the tracking behind them. Your ads, your budget and your ad copy stay with you or whoever runs your ads.
An agency or a web person set up our ads. Can you still help?
Yes. You don’t have to replace anyone. We can work with them, and we tell you and them plainly what we found and what we fixed.
Do you need my Google Ads login?
Not for the free check. We only look at what your website does from the outside. To read the tracking status inside Google Ads, you can add us as a read-only user. Google’s read-only access lets us view campaigns and reports, not change them. To fix things, we ask for the access we need and nothing more. Please don’t send passwords in the form or by email.
Will this get us more leads or lower our costs?
We can’t promise that. What we fix is the counting, so you and your ad account can see which ads bring real leads. What you do with that is up to you and whoever runs your ads.
Will the numbers be exact after you fix it?
No tracking is perfect, and Google and Meta decide how they count. We set up and test the leads you want counted, once each, and tell you what still can’t be counted.
What does it cost?
The free check costs nothing. Fixes and monthly checks are quoted after it. The price depends on how many pages, forms and ad accounts you have. You get the price in writing before you pay anything.
