A “lead” is a person who just asked about your business, through a web form, an ad or a marketplace. We set up an automatic first reply, sent only to people who asked to hear from you, and test how long it takes. You also get a nudge, reminders until someone follows up, and a note in your customer list.

Who it’s for
Contractors, roofers, home service companies, dental and medical offices, law firms, real estate teams, car sellers and any small business that gets leads from a web form, a Facebook or Google ad, or a marketplace, and can’t always answer right away.
Why this matters
Reply times are worth checking. Texting has rules.
Two things to know: reply speed is worth testing, and automatic texts and calls have legal rules.
2011 STUDY
A 2011 study found long waits for replies
In 2011, researchers writing in Harvard Business Review sent a test web lead to 2,241 U.S. companies. The average reply, among those that replied within 30 days, took 42 hours. And 23% never replied at all. This is older research on companies of many kinds, not a local survey.
Under the federal rule, a sales call to a cell phone made by an automatic dialer or a recorded voice needs the person’s written permission first. Florida’s telephone sales law, section 501.059, has its own permission rule for automated sales calls and texts. It was last changed in 2023. Under it, a person who gets a call or text that breaks the law can sue for $500 or their actual losses, whichever is greater. Ask your attorney to approve when messages may be sent and what your forms must say. We build and test that setup.
We can’t promise any set reply time, a booked job or a sale. Speed depends on your form, your phone company and the texting service, and some things are out of our hands. We only text or call people who asked to be contacted. We are not lawyers. Your attorney reviews the setup, and we explain the rules in plain words only so you can ask the right questions.
How it works
Set up with permission. Checked every month.
We start with where your leads come from: your web form, your ads, a marketplace. Then we build and test the setup your attorney approves.
Then we write the first reply with you, connect it to your form and your customer list (your CRM), and test it. It goes live only after you and your attorney are happy with it.
The first reply says who you are and how to stop. We configure and test opt-out handling, including STOP. After hours, it says when someone will be in touch. It does not push a sale.
1
Map your leads and your wording
We list each place a lead can come from, what each form says about contact, and who should be alerted.
2
Write, connect and test
You approve the first reply and the hours. We test it from end to end, including STOP, before anyone real receives it.
3
Review every month
Each month we read the message records we can see, fix what we can on our side, and tell you about anything another company has to fix, like your texting service.
What you get
An automatic first reply. A follow‑up that sticks.
One monthly plan, plus a one-time setup. The price comes in writing after the free reply-time test, based on your lead sources and what you want it to do.

Free reply-time test
What happens after someone fills out your form?
Ask for a free reply-time test. We spend up to 30 minutes submitting one test inquiry through your public web form, using our own name and number, checking your form wording and writing a summary. We report whether a reply arrived during that check. No cost and no obligation.
You get a short, plain summary. If no reply arrived during our check, we tell you that. We don’t judge whether your form wording meets the law. Your attorney does. We reply within one business day.
If you want help after that, you get what we would set up and the price in writing before you pay anything.
Pick by what is going wrong. The phone rings and nobody answers: no more missed calls. Visitors have questions on your website and nobody is there to answer: a website assistant. You already have a chatbot that gives wrong answers: fix your chatbot. New leads from your forms or ads wait too long for a first reply: this one. Not sure? Pick a free check or tell us what is going on.
Will this text people who never asked to hear from me?
No. Texts and calls go only to people who asked to be contacted, such as someone who filled out your form or answered your ad. We don’t text purchased lists or cold lists. Your attorney reviews the setup before it goes live.
Is this legal in Florida?
We are not lawyers and can’t say how the rules apply to your business. Federal rules and Florida’s section 501.059 both set consent rules for automated texts and calls. We build the setup around what people agreed to, and your attorney decides if it is right for you. Please have your attorney review it.
Do you promise a reply in 60 seconds?
No. We set up an automatic first reply and test how long it takes. Your form, your phone company and the texting service all play a part, and some delays are out of our hands. We tell you what we find.
What if someone texts STOP?
We configure and test opt-out handling, including STOP. Your attorney should review the wording and process.
Does it replace my staff?
No. It sends the first reply and keeps reminding your team. A person on your side still talks to the customer, quotes the job and closes it.
What about calls I miss?
That is a separate service. No more missed calls sets up a phone assistant that answers when you can’t. The two work well together, but you can have either one on its own.
What does it cost?
There is a one-time setup and a monthly plan. The price depends on your lead sources, your customer list and what you want it to do. You get it in writing after the free reply-time test, before you pay anything.
