You paid for a chatbot or phone bot to help customers. Instead it gives wrong answers, goes in circles, or leaves people stuck with no way to reach your staff. We look at what you already have, fix what we can, then test it as a customer every month and give you the results in writing. You keep your bot unless it truly can’t be fixed.
We test common questions and the route to your staff.

Who it’s for
Any business that already has a website chatbot, a phone bot or a customer-service automation and isn’t happy with it. Restaurants, clinics, contractors, law firms, shops and offices. Maybe it was set up by a vendor, a freelancer or a past employee, and nobody has checked it since. You don’t need to know how it works.
Why this matters now
A bot that gets in the way is worse than none.
A customer who is let down by a bot may not try it again.
WILL THEY TRY AGAIN?
A bad experience can put people off using the chatbot
Gartner, which sells research and advice, reported a 2026 survey of 3,566 customers. Only 27% said they would retry a chatbot after a bad experience. Gartner’s analyst said that if a chatbot has misunderstood the issue, given generic information or made it harder to reach a person, customers are more likely to choose another channel. Those are the things we test for.
The FTC announced actions involving deceptive or unfair AI practices in September 2024. Those actions do not establish what applies to your bot. Ask your attorney.
We can’t promise a bot that never makes a mistake. No one can. What we can do is cut down the wrong answers we find, test a route to your staff during your stated hours, with a message option when nobody is available, and test it every month so problems get caught. Some bots run on tools that limit what can be changed. If yours can’t be fixed, we’ll tell you in writing before you spend more.
How it works
Look, fix, then keep testing.
We start the way a customer would: your website and your phone number. We ask the bot the questions your customers ask, try the route to your staff, and write down every wrong answer, dead end and loop.
Then we fix what we can. That usually means correcting answers, adding the questions it keeps missing, and making sure it offers a way to your staff when it’s stuck.
To change the bot, we need to be added to the tool it runs on. You stay in control. Please never email us a password.
1
Review it like a customer
We test your bot with real questions, in plain words, and write down what it got wrong. Nothing is touched yet.
2
Fix it with you
We agree the fixes with you first. Then we correct answers, close dead ends, and test the route to your staff, with a message option when nobody is available.
3
Test it every month
Each month we run the same questions again, plus any new prices, hours or offers, and send you a short written report.
What you get
Fewer wrong answers. A clear record.
One plan, quoted in writing after the free check. The price depends on what bot you have and how much it does.
01 / REVIEWWhere it fails
A customer’s-eye test of your bot
We use your chatbot or phone bot the way a customer does and write down what happens.
Everyday questions about hours, prices and services
The route to your staff during your stated hours
Wrong answers, loops and dead ends
You get: a plain list of what’s going wrong.
02 / FIXWhat we can repair
Corrected answers and a way out
We fix the answers you approve, add what it was missing, and set up a hand-off to your staff.
Wrong or out-of-date answers corrected
Where the tool allows it, a plain “I don’t know” reply
A clear note that it’s an automated assistant
You get: fewer answers that miss the mark.
03 / TESTEvery month
Tested again, with a written handover
Prices, hours and offers change. A bot that wasn’t updated starts giving old answers.
Same questions run again each month
New prices, hours and offers checked
A short written report you keep
You get: proof it was tested, in writing.
The price depends on what kind of bot you have (website, phone or both), how much it covers, and whether the tool lets us make changes. You get it in writing after the free check, before you pay anything.
Your written handover
See what we tested. Know what we changed.
A short, plain report you can read on your phone and hand to anyone who asks.
What we asked
The questions we tested, and what the bot said.
What we changed
Answers we corrected or added, and anything we couldn’t fix.
What to watch
Things to update on your side, like a new price, new hours or a closed day.

Free chatbot test drive
What does your bot say to a customer?
Ask for a free chatbot test drive. Send us your website address, and your phone number if you have a phone bot. We use it as a customer would, ask a few everyday questions and try the route to your staff. Then we send you a short, plain note of what we found. It takes us about 20 minutes. No cost and no obligation. We reply within one business day.
It’s a small sample, not a full test of your bot. We don’t need passwords or access to your systems. If you want us to fix it, the scope and the price come in writing before you pay anything.
Pick by what is going wrong. The phone rings and nobody answers: no more missed calls. Visitors have questions on your website and nobody is there to answer: a website assistant. You already have a chatbot that gives wrong answers: this one. New leads from your forms or ads wait too long for a first reply: faster replies to new leads. Not sure? Pick a free check or tell us what is going on.
Do I have to buy a new chatbot?
No. We start with what you already have. If it truly can’t be fixed, we tell you that in writing and talk through your options. We don’t sell you a replacement just to sell one.
Will it never give a wrong answer again?
No, and nobody honest can promise that. We cut down the wrong answers we find, where the tool allows it, add an “I don’t know” reply and test when it appears. We test it every month so mistakes get caught.
Do you need access to my systems?
Not for the free check. We only use your website and phone, like a customer. To make fixes we need to be added to the tool your bot runs on. You decide what we can change. Never email a password.
Can it hand customers to a real person?
We test a route to your staff during your stated hours, with a message option when nobody is available. That route can be a phone number, a message form or an email. Someone on your side has to be there to take it. It isn’t 24/7 unless you staff it.
Do I have to tell customers it’s a bot?
We suggest a plain label like “automated assistant” in any case, because it’s honest and it sets expectations. Whether a law requires it for your business is a question for your attorney.
What about a phone bot that calls people?
This service reviews and fixes bots that answer your customers. Rules about automated or recorded calls to customers are a legal matter, so please ask your attorney before using one. We can review the script and the hand-off.
What does it cost?
The price is quoted in writing after the free check. It depends on what bot you have and how much needs doing. You get the price before you pay anything.
