Will callers know it isn’t a person?
Yes. It tells callers it’s an automated assistant for your business. It can take a message or, if you choose, pass the call to you.
What if it gets something wrong?
We set it up with information you approve and tell it to take a message when it can’t help. It can still make mistakes. Every month a person reviews its calls and fixes wrong or awkward answers.
Can I keep my phone number?
Often, yes. Many phone services can forward the calls you don’t answer, or calls after hours, to another number. We check your phone service and test the setup before it goes live.
Are calls recorded? Is that allowed in Florida?
Calls may be recorded and written out so we can review them. Florida law requires the consent of everyone on a recorded call, so the setup for your business, including how callers are told and how long records are kept, is agreed with you before launch. Have your attorney review it.
Does it speak Spanish and Russian?
Yes. It can answer in English, Spanish or Russian. We test each language with real calls before it goes live.
Will it call people for me?
No. This service answers incoming calls. Any follow-up calls or texts to customers would need a separately agreed setup and a review of the permissions required. The summaries sent to you, the owner, are part of the service.
What does it cost?
It’s one monthly plan, quoted after the free check. The price depends on how many calls you get, the languages you need, and what you want it to do. You get the price in writing before you pay anything.
