Business email

Stop your business email
from landing in spam.

You send a quote, an invoice or a reminder, and the customer never sees it. It sits in their spam folder, or it doesn’t arrive at all. Three records on your email domain, called SPF, DKIM and DMARC, tell mail services which senders are really you. We read them from the outside, set them up so they cover your mailbox and the tools that send for you, then watch the reports and tighten them step by step.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked
  • Tools that send for you included
  • Changed only with your written OK

Who it’s for

Any small business that emails customers from its own domain, like you@yourbusiness.com. Especially if you send invoices, quotes, booking reminders or newsletters through other tools, if customers say they found your email in spam, or if nobody remembers who set up your email.

Why this matters

An email in spam
is an email not read.

Your mailbox can work fine while the email you send never reaches the customer. You may not find out until someone says they never got it.

GMAIL

Google asks every sender for proof

Since February 1, 2024, Google asks everyone who sends email to Gmail to set up SPF or DKIM and to keep spam complaints below 0.3%. Senders of 5,000 or more emails a day need SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

The honest part.

A wrong change to your domain’s DNS settings (the records that tell the internet where your email and website live) can stop your email. So we save a copy of your current records first, and we only make changes with your written OK, outside your business hours. Good records help, but they don’t guarantee the inbox. What you send, and whether people mark it as spam, also counts. We can’t control how any mail service sorts your email.

How it works

Read it. Line it up.
Tighten it.

We start from the outside: your domain’s public records. SPF and DMARC anyone can look up. DKIM needs a name the sending tool picks, so we try the common ones and may ask you or the tool for it. Then we list every tool that sends email as your business, and make the records match.

Already have an IT company or web designer? We can work alongside them. You don’t have to replace anyone.

  1. Read the three records

We look up your domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records from the outside. No login and no passwords. If we can’t find your DKIM record, we ask you or the sending tool for its name. You get a plain summary of what is there, what is missing and what looks wrong.

  2. Set up every sender

We list the tools that send email as you, like your newsletter, invoicing and booking tools. We save your current records. Then, with your written OK and outside business hours, we set up all three records so your mailbox and those tools are included.

  3. Watch the reports, then tighten

We read the DMARC reports to see what sends as your domain and what fails. We fix what fails, then tighten the DMARC policy step by step, checking the reports after each step so your own email keeps arriving.

Straight answers

Before you call.

Plain answers about what email records can and can’t do.

Do you need my email password or login?

Not for the free check. SPF and DMARC are public, so we read them from the outside. For DKIM we try the common names and may ask you or the sending tool for the right one. To change them, we need access to where your domain’s DNS settings are kept, and we ask for only that. Please don’t send passwords in the form or by email.

Could a change stop my email?

A wrong DNS change can. That is why we save your current records first, make changes only with your written OK, and make them outside your business hours. If something goes wrong, we put the saved records back.

Will this get every email into the inbox?

No one can promise that. Good records help mail services tell that the email is really from you. What you send, and whether people mark it as spam, also counts.

We send through a newsletter tool and an invoicing tool. Does that matter?

Yes. Any tool that sends email as your business needs to be included in the records. We list them with you and set up each one, where the tool allows it.

Why not set the strictest policy right away?

If a tool that sends for you isn’t set up yet, a strict policy could block its email. So we read the reports first, fix what fails, then tighten step by step.

Does this help with our cyber insurance form?

If your insurance form asks about email security, the record summary can be part of what you show. Our cyber insurance renewal service helps you answer the form with proof. We don’t sell insurance.

Can you keep an eye on it after the setup?

Yes. Records can change when someone adds a new tool or moves your website. If you’d like them checked regularly, ask us about adding that to your monthly report.

What does it cost?

The free check costs nothing. The setup and the report reading are quoted after it. The price depends on how many tools send email as your business. You get the price in writing before you pay anything.
