One report, one bill

One monthly report
that shows where you stand.

Your website, the answers AI tools give about you, your backups and your cyber insurance form each have their own risks and their own vendors. Separate reports can make the whole picture hard to see. We combine the areas you choose into one monthly report and one bill, so you can see what is fine, what changed and what to fix first.

  • Four areas, one report
  • One bill
  • Plain words, dated results

Who it’s for

Owners of small and mid-size offices and shops who would rather have one vendor and one report than four: medical and dental offices, law firms, accountants, insurance agencies, contractors, restaurants and stores. Especially if you have a website customers use, a backup nobody has tested, or a cyber insurance form coming up.

Why this matters

Four things can go wrong.
Who is watching each one?

Each area has its own numbers. Here is one from each side of the picture.

WEBSITE AND AI ANSWERS

What customers see first

Seyfarth Shaw, a law firm that tracks these cases, counted 961 federal lawsuits in Florida in 2025 over websites that are hard for people with disabilities to use (called website accessibility). The 2024 count was 470. Pew Research Center studied 900 U.S. adults’ browsing in March 2025. With a Google AI summary, people clicked regular results in 8% of visits. Without one, they clicked in 15%.

BACKUPS AND INSURANCE FORMS

Easy to say yes. Harder to prove.

In a 2024 survey by Backblaze, a company that sells backup, 300 U.S. IT decision makers were asked about restores (getting files back from a backup). Among those who had lost data, only 42% were able to recover all of it when they did a restore. Insurance forms ask about backups too. Corvus’s September 2024 cyber insurance form, for example, asks whether you have a backup solution and whether an extra sign-in step is required to reach your backups. Ask your broker which questions apply to you.

The honest part.

One report is not a guarantee. No one can promise you will not be sued, that AI tools will name you, that nothing will ever go wrong with your data, or that an insurer will approve you, lower your price or pay a claim. We are a small team, so we do not watch your systems around the clock. What you get is regular checks, fixes you agree to and a dated record. Some parts run less often than monthly (see the questions below), and the report says which. For legal, insurance or tax questions, talk to your attorney, broker or accountant.

How it works

Look. Set up.
Report every month.

We start with a free look at where you stand in each of the four areas. Then you choose which ones you want us to look after. Each one works the way its own page describes, and the results come to you together.

Already have an IT company? We can work alongside them. You do not have to replace anyone.

  1. Look at all four

Your website, what AI tools say about your business, what is backed up and when files were last recovered from a backup as a test, and what your insurance form asks. We write down what looks fine and what does not.

  2. Set up what you choose

Fixes and ongoing care for the areas you pick. Before any work starts, you get in writing what we will do, the timing and the price.

  3. One report, one bill

Each month you get one plain report in the same order every time. It shows what we checked, what changed, what is still open and what to do first.

What you can buy

Start with a look.
Then one monthly report.

Begin with a free look. If you want more, we put the plan in writing.

01 / LOOKStart here

Free 4-area coverage look

See all four areas in one short summary.

  • A sample of your public home page
  • Two questions we ask the AI tools about your business
  • A few questions to you about your backups and your insurance renewal date

You get: a short summary of what we saw. No cost and no obligation.

02 / SET UPThe work

The areas you pick

Fixes and care, one area at a time.

  • Fixes so people with disabilities can use your website, with a dated record
  • Clearer facts for AI tools to find
  • A protected backup copy with restore tests
  • Insurance settings fixed and proof kept

You get: the fixes you agreed to, written up as they are done.

Which areas are included depends on your business and what you want covered. The price depends on your website, how many people and computers you have, and how much needs fixing. You get it in writing before you pay anything.

Straight answers

Before you call.

Plain answers about what we do and what we don’t.

Is this the right service for me?

Pick by the question you want answered. Could you get your files back? Backups you can prove. Could you keep working if the office is closed after a storm? Hurricane-proof your data. Want your website, backups, insurance answers and AI answers checked in one plain report? This one.

What exactly is in the report?

Results from the areas in your plan. They can include website accessibility (checks for problems that make your site hard for people with disabilities to use: what we checked, what we fixed, what is open), how your business shows up in AI answers (the same customer questions asked each month), backup restore tests (tests that recover files from a backup: what we restored and how long it took) and cyber insurance proof (the settings your insurance form asks about, with dates). Each page explains its own service in detail.

Is everything checked every month?

Not everything. The same customer questions are asked of the AI tools each month (see AI answers). Restore tests happen every quarter (see backups), and so does the check that your agreed insurance settings are still on (see cyber insurance). How often your website is rechecked is set in your plan (see accessibility). In the months between, the report shows the latest result and its date.

Will this stop me from being sued, or get me insurance?

No. No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We do not give legal or insurance advice, and we do not sell insurance. What we give you is a better website, clearer facts, tested backups and a dated record. See the honest parts on the accessibility and cyber insurance pages. Your attorney and your broker advise on the rest.

Do you need my passwords for the free look?

No. We sample your public home page and ask the AI tools about your business, the way a customer would. The backup and insurance questions are answered by you on a short call. Please do not send passwords, your policy or your insurance application.

Do I have to replace my IT company?

No. We can work alongside your IT company, check what they have set up and add the testing and the reports. Your insurance broker stays your broker.

Do I have to sign up for all four?

No. You choose the areas you want. The free look shows which ones may matter most for you, and the written quote lists exactly what is included before you pay anything.

What does it cost?

The price comes in writing after the free look. It depends on which areas you want covered, how big your website is, how many people and computers you have, and how much needs fixing. You get it before you pay anything.
